Has anyone had trouble with Guinness northern counties housing association

Every flat's leaseholder ("tenant") has a legal right to require the reversioner ("landlord") to provide details re how the service charge is calculated. Hi Jeffrey Shaw,

Thank you for communication, this is the act I quoted on my request for invoices, and to be honest they acted on within 7 days although, It is becoming quite tedious as I await answers on the lack of detail, I am still waiting on BT invoices and they have even, on some questions stated 'your house manager will know this' which I have ignored. I'm not prepared to do that part of their job.
