Mazza51   10 #51 Posted July 6, 2017 Hi Jeffrey Shaw, Thank you for communication, this is the act I quoted on my request for invoices, and to be honest they acted on within 7 days although, It is becoming quite tedious as I await answers on the lack of detail, I am still waiting on BT invoices and they have even, on some questions stated 'your house manager will know this' which I have ignored.
