Starlit back drop and chair covers?

Hi guys

anyone know a cheap place I can get a starlit backdrop, top table skirt and 70 chair covers and sashes?

Try Perfect Finish (http://www.perfectfinishevents.co.uk I think!)

They're doing a ball for us, and do all the Mercure events.
