Recommended Posts

Wanting to set up a small business collecting pallets. Does anyone have any idea what the going rate is these days per pallet.

Any info is welcome, cheers.

Do you mean finding pallets to then sell onto pallet companies?

Or do you mean you will collect a pallet loaded with whatever goods and deliver it to where ever it needs to go in the country?

If you mean finding pallets to sell onto pallet companies, the price per pallet depends on the pallet type and quality. Euro pallets seem to be the most sort after, and clean good quality ones at that.

Prices can range from 50p to £2.50 maybe £3.00.

We pay £35 for up to 1 tonne in M1 corridor area. Pallet franchises got this well sewn up I would've thought.
