Has Landmark Chinese Buffet gone for good?

Jumbos became Landmark. Seems odd as was always fairly busy, for them to disappear so quick. Hong Kong Wok has also shut now on London Road too

Just been past Landmark's and its now opened as a new sit down restaurant, not a buffet. Think the sign said Chinese Kitchen as the new name.
