I was surprised by an update this teatime - Win 10 - which was X% through at the time.
System rebooted itself after doing whatever, but now I've spotted that a desktop.ini file is in full view on the desktop itself.
It certainly wasn't there before...but why is it there now?!

The update created one on mine but all I did was delete it and its not come back since. I was hoping that the update would fix the DPI scaling bug as well but no..
