Backing up data on a mobile.

Interesting thought came to me the other day.

I take photos on both my cam and my mobile.

All my cam photos are copied to laptop, which is constantly being backed up both online and locally so that's no problem.

Selected photos on mobile, which is a Galaxy S7, are copied to laptop as and when I need them.

What methods do you use to auto backup mobile data?

You can backup your pictures to Google Photos. You can set the phone to automatically back them up over wifi only or you can back them up manually.

Normally I connect via USB to computer, by default it begins charging - click on the notification on USB options and change to file transfer - I can then just select all folders and drag and drop to external hard drive in suitably named folder whilst running Zorin OS 12.2 (GNU/Linux)
