Utopia- Channel 4

Im a bit hooked on this.

I love the story line, and the acting is great, but the violence is really graphic and horrible at times.

The scene at the start of episode 3 (dont want to spoil it for anyone) has sparked 'outrage' according to the Daily Mail, although when you read the article theres actually been 28 complaints to Channel 4.

Hardly outrage, but if Im honest I was a little bit shocked when I watched it.

Anyone else watching?

Bloody Brilliant!!!!!!!!! Every now and then a little gem like this pops up and stays pretty under the radar, viewing wise. We love it, we always end up in a pretty long debate about it after...LOL, and I've took the Utopia test on the website (having problems with 2nd task tho')

I love it although I did find the scene you refer to a bit disturbing but then again if something really offends me I am quite capable of changing the channel or hitting the off button unlike some it would seem.

The DM does tend to get outraged and cater for the tiny minority.

Best thing on TV for a long time. Amazed that some people decided to complain about it, what losers.

Half way through the first episode my OH turned to me and said, 'Did....' and I said, 'I've already checked, and the answer is no.'

He then said, 'OK smartypants, what was I going to ask?', to which the answer, of course was, 'Did Charlie Brooker write this?'.

I don't think we've ever seen anything else written by Dennis Kelly, but his imagination is really quite original

Loving the series,well acted and a great story.

So finally ended was eveyone happy with it as a whole ? I was!

I Sky+ the last three episodes and I'll be watching them this weekend, really enjoyed it so far.
