That one will keep me amused for a long time.  Choogling did say it may be from an Australian collection, so perhaps that accounts for some of the listings. Regarding Ultravox: there are quite a few bands which have had huge success without really hitting the singles charts (Wishbone Ash, for example, releasing 20+ albums over a period of 40 years).
