Have you been to our event before? If so why not come and join us again. If you haven't been before why not gather a group of friends and come down to the Funny Farm and see who's lurking in the woods. Our animals might not be as cute and friendly as you think.

AT ALL events there should be a child protection officer ,also letting in obvious drunken people sounds awfull,if there was alcohol inside ,its the bar persons responsibility not to serve anyone drunk,at big events people will drink, but i believe stewards need to check were possible,no events ever perfect, but i believe if this is the case,it needed checking before they were allowed in,presume it was young human error.

LOL

i think the case sounds more like the guy thought the guy "might" be drunk, and was warning their could be issues, not that there WILL be issues.

Like in any social situation you try to notice who "could" be a threat, same with a gang of kids or teenagers, they could be noisy, sometimes rowdy if over excited. some camp sites dont allow groups of all males or all females on.

i think its a case of over reaction tbf, especially as you didnt even go in.

there has to be a child protection officer on site,a first aid post, stewards who are aware of all this and council ect checked, there has to be a fire, safety policy, insurance ect ect, sounds that the running of this is questionable, odd mistake yes,but not all, they need to assure or make sure this is done asap if they wish to continue and answer these questions,it could be lack of knowledge, but the law will say it must check that out before starting a outside event
