Expect beautiful ballads right through to burning Be-Bop; meaningful Mainstream to mad Modal; furious Funk to the frightfully Free; lively Latin to luscious Lounge; and classic Cool through to the curiously Contemporary!  8.30pm, free entry.  Wednesday 5th September:Quiz Night The highly irreverent Quiz is every Wednesday at The White. Hosted by the inimitable Mr Bling, you and your team must overcome 3 rounds of general knowledge, an audio round and a picture round in order to claim the prize.  Throw into the mix some random challenges, spot prizes, lashings of real ale and a completely free buffet with veggie, vegan and gluten-free options and you're onto a winner.  9pm, 50p entry Thursday 6th September: Jam Night Hosted by Sheffield legend Chris Firminger and backed by his regular house band The TwoJays, this evening provides a platform for musicians from all over Sheffield and further afield.  Renowned for the musicians it attracts, the Thursday Jam sees regular attendance and performance from the likes of Julian Jones, The Carnival, Open Jaw Fayre, The Crashers, Grave Danger, Fahrenheit, Vamp and many more.  Full backline and P.A. provided, come watch or join in.  8.30pm, free entry  Friday 7th September: Platinum Platinum are a 5 piece band dedicated to brining the stadium rock experience to smaller venues.  With top equipment and a large repetoire of tunes from the classic rock genre including Queen, Bon Jovi, Pink Floyd, The Who, Deep Purple, Thunder, Eagles, ELO, Journey, Wings, Foreigner, Rush, Fleetwood Mac, Bruce Springsteen, and loads more.  9.30pm, free entry.  Saturday 8th September: The Lost Days The Lost Days are a hard rock band from Worksop UK formed in mid-2015.  Their hard rock sound takes influence from and is compared to the likes of Metallica, Guns N' Roses, AC/DC and Mötley Crüe blending elements of classic and hard-rock with a modern flourish.  Between May 2015 and December 2017, The Lost Days performed over 200 shows, including the main stage of Septemberfest at Donington Park, alongside Razorlight and Reef. The band have since performed alongside giant names in the industry, from bands including Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy, Black Star Riders, The Dead Daisies, Tygers of Pan Tang, Girlschool, Bai Bang and Massive.  9.30pm, free entry.  Sunday 9th September: The Sunday Jam Hosted by The Carnival, the Sunday afternoon rock jam is back once again - 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month.
