High Storrs   10 #1 Posted December 9, 2011 Sheffield residents in need of some Christmas cheer are warmly invited to join the Bents Green Community Carol Concert at Ecclesall Parish Church on Thursday 15th December at 6.30 pm (refreshments available from 5.30 pm)  The concert will see students from High Storrs, Ecclesall C of E Junior School, Greystones Primary and Bents Green Special School join their voices for a special evening of traditional Christmas carols, in aid of local charity W.O.R.K.  W.O.R.K, which stands for Worthwhile Occupational and Recreational Krafts, is a social enterprise which provides day services and work training to young adults with learning difficulties. W.O.R.K members run a craft workshop, greenhouse, educational resource room, and a popular shop and cafe, among others, from their premises on Ringinglow Road.  So if you are in need of some festive cheer... look no further! Join us for your opportunity to listen to some Christmas carols, sing along, and help raise funds for a wonderful organisation. We look forward to seeing you at the concert!
