Free Tinnitus Information Day

The British Tinnitus Association are holding a free Information Day at the Hilton Hotel, Victoria Quays on July 15th.

Tinnitus experts will be giving talks throughout the day about the basic facts on tinnitus, treatments available, how to manage stress and methods of relaxation.

A light lunch and refreshments will be provided, an information exhibition from local services and taster sessions of relation, tai chi and life coaching make up the day's programme.

There will also be a special session for those that support someone with tinnitus - so please feel free to bring along your other half/spouse/parent/friend/etc.
