Andy C Â Â 86 #5 Posted March 22, 2013 (edited) Could to see Rutland in there this time. Lovely little pub. No Raw `showcase` anywhere this time? Â It is good to have the Rutland back on board, as you say the pubs a little gem and if the weather is good they have outdoor drinking too. Â There is no RAW showcase bar planned as far as I know - Horns is doing Acorn Brewery this year - however RAW beer may appear at the Dronfield Arms or Hearty Oak. Doom   10 #11 Posted May 10, 2013 This is the next beer festival on my radar, although having a Christening in Wakefield at 10am the next day has put a bit of a dampener on things.  I'm liking the look of the Three Tuns beers, that looks like a good starting point.  Hopefully a lot more good beers will be announced, I need to get over the disappointment of the University Beer Festival.  Regards  Doom
 Share this content via...
Andy C   86 #12 Posted May 10, 2013 This is the next beer festival on my radar, although having a Christening in Wakefield at 10am the next day has put a bit of a dampener on things. I'm liking the look of the Three Tuns beers, that looks like a good starting point.  Hopefully a lot more good beers will be announced, I need to get over the disappointment of the University Beer Festival.  Regards  Doom  The only other pub I have a confirmed beer list from is the Green Dragon which will have Black Sheep Best Bitter, Black Sheep Golden Sheep, Peak Ales Bakewell Best Bitter, Peak Ales Chatsworth Gold, Peak Ales Swift Nick and Wye Valley HPA.  The Castle Inn should hopefully have Steel City Angel of Death along with beers from Bradfield and Blue Bee, the Horns Inn will have beers from Acorn Brewery, the Rutland Arms beers from Sheffield Brewery, Barlow Brewery their own beers including Anastasia Imperial Russian Stout and Three Valleys IPA amongst others and the Dronfield Arms will have beers from RAW Brewery.  Last I heard being talked about at the Jolly Farmer was beers from Brampton Brewery but that is not confirmed, not sure about the Coach & Horses other than that they are all being sourced by Thornbridge and the Hearty Oak haven't done their beer order yet so could be some interesting wild cards there yet.
