Hosted by the inimitable Mr Bling, you and your team must overcome 3 rounds of general knowledge, an audio round and a picture round in order to claim the prize.  Throw into the mix some random challenges, spot prizes, lashings of real ale and a completely free buffet with veggie, vegan and gluten-free options and you're onto a winner.  9pm, 50p entry Thursday 17th August: Jam Night Hosted by Sheffield legend Chris Firminger and backed by his regular house band The TwoJays, this evening provides a platform for musicians from all over Sheffield and further afield.  Renowned for the musicians it attracts, the Thursday Jam sees regular attendance and performance from the likes of Julian Jones, The Carnival, Open Jaw Fayre, The Crashers, Grave Danger, Fahrenheit, Vamp and many more.  Full backline and P.A. provided, come watch or join in.  8.30pm, free entry  Friday 18th August: Harmony Of Spheres Currently your only opportunity to see this kind of music performed in Sheffield, this Saturday we welcome Harmony Of Spheres to The White.  A journey with through the colourful world of prog rock and all that it encompasses. Sometimes dark, sometimes light, sometimes hard edged, sometimes mellow; but always inventive and dynamic... they recreate covers with care to convey the original intent, but believe there's always space for some signature feel also.
