Next Day Delivery, most reliable method?

I need to send a letter, next day, recorded delivery, recorded. It's tickets for an event, quite valuable, but worthless if they don't arrive next day.

What's the best postal service to use, royal mail, ups, other?

Ideally one that is insured if it doesn't arrive next day.

That's another consideration, will check with them before posting.

If not, that's also a concern as they may say they've not received the item.
