Incase you hadn't noticed, politicians couldn't give a toss about me or you - even if you found one that did, chances are their voice would go unheard/unnoticed/unwanted.  It seems if you're looking for a good life with a cast iron pension pot, getting into politics is the way to go. I quite honestly couldn't give a damn if the Russians decided to seize control of the UK, if nothing else Putins got balls!  Sick to death of being treat like a mushroom whilst others bask in self adulation.
