Jumbos hasnt shut. Its just had a refurb because of new ownership.

...and is a crock of crap for the money paid. £13.50 in the evening and at half eight something ran out, asked if they would be making any more (as my eating companion would have eating a shedload of it) to be told "No, thats it".

Food wasnt up to much either.

Jumbos for a tenner is much better, especially since the refurb.

I like Flaming Dragon. Best time to go is 12pm as all the food is hot and fresh and its not too busy. Its better than Jumbos, but also a bit more expensive.

flaming dragon is about the best:)

Kinaara, Staniforth Road. Indian and Mexican. The only buffet I'll go to - I usually hate them but this place is fantastic
