bunny92 Â Â 10 #1 Posted March 4, 2017 We are looking to stay over in North Sheffield, but there seems to be a lack of places to park our Camper Van. Any ideas of any where, it doesnt have to be a recognised site, we dont mind roughing it for a few days. It just needs to be level..ish, and accept dogs. bertyboop   10 #2 Posted March 5, 2017 Just typed 'camping in north sheffield' onto google and a few places came up to ring. This was the link underneath. https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://m.pitchup.com/campsites/England/North_East/South_Yorkshire/Sheffield/&ved=0ahUKEwiChvCyk7_SAhXLA8AKHehBBx0QFghbMAM&usg=AFQjCNGmVq8W4HBKGLjpsligcQSmb835mA&sig2=VXla1WEGaBF7eyW5_2YllQ
 Share this content via...
bunny92 Â Â 10 #3 Posted March 6, 2017 Thankyou for that link, We have Stayed at Greenhead house Farm, but unfortunately it is far from flat, even with our wheel wedges, we couldnt get our van level. Apart from that, it is a lovely area, the owners are very friendly, and it it was flat, we would stay there every time. We are looking at the Windy Hall Farm, that is the nearest to our family, so we will try that one soon. Thanks once again.
 Share this content via...

bunny92 Â Â 10 #7 Posted March 7, 2017 Unfortunately we are not members of the Caravan Club, we prefer to be with Camping and Caravanning Club as we have an old VW Campervan. We have found the CC are not too keen on our hippy rig. But thank you for the information.
 Share this content via...
bothered   10 #8 Posted April 20, 2017 You might be sorted now, but we've stayed here before in our (enormous) Motorhome - basic site, but is pretty level, has toilets and showers with lovely walks through rivelin valley https://www.foxhaggfarm.com
 Share this content via...
bunny92 Â Â 10 #9 Posted April 21, 2017 Thanks for that link, I have just had a look at their website, looks good, we will certainly check it out. Its not that far from Stocksbridge, so could be ok for us, although we would prefer to be closer to family.
 Share this content via...
