seeing how governments and countries bend over backwards to appease Religion , you could say " coming to a country near you soon " .

sadly the mentality of those who cheerfully murder those they percieve to have insulted their religion does not respect borders. As we saw with the charlie hebdo murders, cartoons murders / attempted murders in various countries, salman rushdie etc etc.

Many of the bloggers have left their own country out of fear, living secret lives...primarily because their governments either turn a blind eye, or are complicit.

I suspect that most atheists in 'mainly Muslim' countries don't admit to being atheist, and 'blogging' is not ubiquitous.

 

So if we were to change your request to a list of people killed for expressing negative views of Islam, or simply secular views, then I would say yes I could come up with a list.

Secularism is on the rise in Muslim countries and elsewhere. Globalism, the desire for material things and a better life are slowly overcoming religion.

 

Murder in defence of religion is a sign of weakness and desperation.
