Only a very tiny minority of the world's people are even in, or want to be in, Western Europe at any one time, regardless of where they started out in life. And contrary to what you may believe, few of them want to move there in the future or have ever thought of such a thing in their wildest dreams. Few people have any particular interest in the continent of Europe, never mind the very small British component of it.
