I fear that someone of his style and ability will be difficult to replicate, there will always be the odd forward such as Shearer or Kane, but the plethora of midfield imports will make it very difficult. Ray’s position is the engine room of the game, they make it happen, so if you’ve got the dosh you buy them in, rather than building them in house, sad that it is.
