Sean Clare has signed a 3 year deal with table topping SPL side Hearts of Midlothian fc.

Apparently he had offers from the Premier League. I assume thats the Northern Premier.

Funny kid. Him and his agent have some odd ideas about what level he's at.

Kid obviously had little on the table and took the crumb of the SPL,hope it works for him,MASSIVE mistake in my eyes, natural sucessor to Kieran Lee.

He's clearly got ambition, good move to a bigger club in a better league. Choosing an SPL club over a Championship club will definitely develop him more as a player.

Said no one ever.

Having said that, there's got to be some logic there. If he had offers from Championship clubs, why choose Hearts who won't be paying him as much, and who play in a bloody awful league?

Because its the as George Hurst its a fiddle move by agents (parents) in anticipation of a big club coming in at a later date ,making sure that all the hard work by the Owls academy comes to nowt and the agents and family? are the ones who win.

Wednesday should take a leaf out of Uniteds book on how to bring in millions on the sale of their best youngsters.

Those responsible should be barred from Hillsbro for life.

He was out of contract so nothing to do with us. Nor will it impact his future direction.

We didn't develop him, he joined us at 19.

And it's HIRST!

I read yesterday that he was signing a short term deal so no idea why he has got a 3 year one. It also said that he couldn't agree terms with Rangers as they also wanted him.
