Accompanied by Sheffield's best blues musicians this is one not to miss - 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month  9pm, free entry.  Wednesday 12th September: Quiz Night The highly irreverent Quiz is every Wednesday at The White. Hosted by the inimitable Mr Bling, you and your team must overcome 3 rounds of general knowledge, an audio round and a picture round in order to claim the prize.  £30 + more to be won!  Throw into the mix some random challenges, spot prizes, lashings of real ale and a completely free buffet with veggie, vegan and gluten-free options and you're onto a winner.  9pm, 50p entry  Thursday 13th September: Jam Night Hosted by Sheffield legend Chris Firminger and backed by his regular house band The TwoJays, this evening provides a platform for musicians from all over Sheffield and further afield.  Renowned for the musicians it attracts, the Thursday Jam sees regular attendance and performance from the likes of Julian Jones, The Carnival, Open Jaw Fayre, The Crashers, Grave Danger, Fahrenheit, Vamp and many more.  Full backline and P.A. provided, come watch or join in.  8.30pm, free entry  Friday 14th September: Laughing Gravy Laughing Gravy are one of Sheffield's most popular and highly rated Rock and Pop covers bands. With songs ranging from Red Hot Chilli Peppers to Hendrix to Ian Dury, you'll be in for a treat with these boys.  A quality act, definitely not to be missed! 9.30pm, free entry  Saturday 15th September: Sumo From the ashes of Sheffield's notorious 3FB came Sumo.  Making only their second appearance at The White and bringing their inimitable take on Rock/Indy/Pop classics, it's going to be a belter.
