Free 5 week course - Starting Friday 12th May 2017

 

3:00 - 4:00 pm

 

The course will include an introduction into using meditation to reduce stress and anxiety. The course is broken down into 5 weekly topics to help you lead a more content and happy life

Week 1 - Control of Mind

Week 2 - Living in Reality

Week 3 - Non - attachment

Week 4 - Acceptance of Change

Week 5 - Compassion
