Need help android netbook

hi all need help i have a HL-1088C WM8880 netbook and i keep getting a black screen but if i put a firmware on sd card i get failed to format file system partition (nand)

no mtd partition called system

Sounds like the Flash storage that is part of the netbook has failed...

do you have an external/usb CD/DVD Rom you could try?

i have external usb hdd

can you please please please upload the firmware you have please

Have you tried a full firmware restore using fastboot etc?

It may have had a failed root that's messing things up.

how do you do a fast boot? there is no way to connect the netbook to a computer like you can a tablet pc or phone

You use USB.

It's not hard once you get your head round it but make sure you read different tutorials to make sure it's ok for your device.

PS, XDA is a very good site for Android help. Chances are there's a thread on most things you could need.

there is only 2 usb ports on the netbook but they are used to connect other devices to the laptop like a flash stick or other usb device
