Hardy was rubbish in Legend, mind you he is rubbish anyway, just the odd movie here and there that might be just noteworthy but on the whole he is nothing more than a pretty boy with a reputation for being extremely awkward and moody, the reality is he is one of the worst actors in the business.

I was looking forward to watching Legend and thought it was dreadful.

Tilsammans (Together) - Lukas Moodysson 8/10

Funny, charming, deft, sharply observed and despite a warm and gooey ending, pretty bleak in its assessments of human flaws.

I thought it was all a bit too cringeworthy.

I was looking forward to watching Legend and thought it was dreadful.

So was I. In the end I just thought 'grin and bear it.' I always have to see a film right through because i'm a tad weird.

Dead End (or Drifter according to IMDB) 5/10

I cant decide if this was good or absolutely terrible. Its very violent and gory which isnt the problem as it fits in with the story - and it is an 18 - but it just tries a bit too hard to be all arthouse/tarantino. All weird camera angles, slow motion shots, really loud music and sound effects.

However...Despite my really short attention span I couldnt switch it off for some reason.

Underworld - Blood Wars. Kate Beckinsale crams her self into those leather trousers again. It was too dark and it hardly differed from the other films - the plot, such as it was, was humdrum - I zoned out after about 20 mins. Pants. 2/10

We Were Soldiers- starring Mel Gibson. True story.

Another example of inept leaders sending young men to an early grave.

To be fair he has built a career out of just that.

Baby Driver - 5.5/10 - Much hyped and lauded by some, not sure why. Average.

The Italian Job (remake)

Not as good as the first one, only got gripping towards the finale
