aparachik   10 #1 Posted May 14, 2018 Hello!  Would anyone know of a good drone repair service in Sheffield? I had a look on the web, but only nation-wide companies are coming up, and they don't fill me with confidence, would prefer not to send it off, if I can help it. I have a (broken) Mavic Pro. Any thoughts anyone?  Thanks!  aparachik
 Share this content via...

Ghozer   112 #5 Posted May 14, 2018 its a quadcopter not a drone  Technically, it is a drone.... a drone operates (or can operate) independent and automated, while the DJI Mavic Pro can be flown manually, it also has auto flight, GPS flight and tracking functionality, which once set requires no further input from the user, thus being automated... This means, that it is technically a drone..  a QuadCopter is manual control only....
 Share this content via...
aparachik   10 #6 Posted May 15, 2018 Hi, thanks for your responses. What's wrong with the drone: potentially a lot, it fell down from 75 feet up in the air. Where do you guys send off your drones, further afield?  Thanks  aparachik
 Share this content via...
