YOGA CLASSES AT KENWOOD HALL - Nether Edge

SUNDAYS 19.00 – 20.15 Rock, Run, Yoga!
An energetic class aimed at runners, climbers and active types who need a deep stretch and strong conditioning to help cross train for their chosen sport.

MONDAYS 20.00 - 21.00 Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A different sequence of movements each week, all levels welcome, we flow our Asanas to music & focus on fun and connection.


TUESDAY AND THURSDAY MORNINGS
08.45 – 09.45 “Good Morning Yoga”
Hatha Yoga Style, Mixed level. Suitable for beginners.

10.00 – 11.00 Pilates : Mixed Level. strength and conditioning class; great for the core, abdominal and back muscles. Great for all levels of fitness.

YOGA CLASSES AT B-FIT GYM IN HILLSBOROUGH

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm - 7pm Hatha & Vinyasa style
Saturday morning runners yoga at 10am

you can email Ferret at quirkyferret@gmail.com to book onto the kenwoodhall classes and contact either ferret or the B-Fit gym to book onto the yoga classes there.
drop in on the day is also available if the mat spaces havent soldout.
