The one that really grinds my gears is that stupid advert for Flash liquid, with the dog miming 'Flash' by Queen

Not so much as annoying but have you noticed that advertisers are now trying to tick all the diversity /equality boxes.

My most families appearing in adverts are now generally have mixed race parents or there's a hint of same sex couples.

Were you "outraged" as reported in the Express because the Lohn Lewis advert was first screened 5 minutes ahead of schedule? There are some very sad folks.
