It is the thread that has taken us down the shelter path.  The OP also clearly states "pop up".  Since mats are flat, and don't pop anywhere, and since the OP also mentioned pop up tents, it's a fair assumption that what they are actually looking for is a pop up shelter with integral mat, like the ones on the linky to Decathlon. On the other had, you can get self inflating sleeping maps (see here) which could reasonably count as "pop up" mats.  Perhaps we should wait for the OP to clarify what they meant.
