GoGo_dancer   10 #13 Posted November 25, 2011 I've had two laps at the RHH, one done by Professor Li and one by Dr Skull.  They were both really lovely to deal with and the nurses were amazing.  If you're going in for a lap, don't worry about it. Just take it steady for the first few days and you'll be fine.
 Share this content via...
KerrySh   10 #14 Posted November 25, 2011 I think Dr. Jha also does laparoscopic surgery. You can make further inquiry via her website. Good luck.
 Share this content via...

Badlittlepup   10 #17 Posted November 25, 2011 Dr Jivraj who was also brilliant. Kept me well informed was sympathetic and went through everything thoroughly and actually listened in appointments and explained everything thoroughly. Had surgery from her too which I was pleased with. Incidentally I also found that when sorting out appointments, getting results etc the gynae admin team were really helpful and efficient. sunblock   10 #19 Posted November 25, 2011 I'm having my lap done in December by Mr Lashan. He was absolutely wonderful throughout the consultation process (still a bit nervous though...) x  It will be okay they thought they wouldn't find anything when they did mine and i ended up with 3 holes and quite a big op doing because i had very wide spread adhesions and endrometiosis . Had it 6 years but my stupid docs told me i had ibs even though i was really poorly all the time and in agony. It took me about 2 weeks to recover well that was till i was more mobile another week after that for the bloating to go down. Still recovering from it now and had it done in march but id have it done again if i needed to as i feel really well now. But you will be fine
 Share this content via...
