Glyn , that sounds a nightmare , why did you not take it back to them to fix under warranty if they had done the job wrong in the first place? Without feedback we can't know to stop recommending a company so if you could let me know who this was I can make a point not to recommend them.I realise there is a no name and shame policy , so if you feel this strongly please p.m me so I can be aware.

Thank you again folks for the positive comments , and 4 years later , once again Mafya, when you popped into the Garage to talk to Barry about it , Barry chose not to take that job on, so the car was never even looked at by us.We do actually do headgaskets and various other services but also as an independent business have the choice whether or not to take on a job or not.At the time , we only had one mechanic here and were very busy with advance bookings.I realise you can't please everybody all of the time but we have many happy customers who return to us year after year.

Best place for Part Worn Tyres?
B.J.Mason replied to sheffladlee's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
Sava and Kuhmo are both decent mid range tyres , and will both last longer than basic budgets , worth the extra few pounds -
Mr Exhaust on Bramall Lane 2754039 or Hagues in S9 2441949

What are you buying your pets for Xmas this year?
B.J.Mason replied to H_Hounds's topic in Sheffield Pet Owners
Our house will be a bit crazy this year , what with our own four cats and the 3 little foster ferals currently residing in the bathroom! Cat stockings, new toys for all and treats..though still trying to teach the kittens that humans can be nice, and how to play with toys, bless them......No tree this year though, couldn't deal with that carnage every day!! -
Our permanent 4 are Merlin,Hobbit,Murphy and Moomoo ! We've had so many hundreds of foster kits I can't even begin on the names but did love Ozzy,Lemmy and Slash!

Well done again Maggie, you do such a brill job,it's overfull everywhere just now isn't it.Our foster kits went back to the Centre yesterday and it's that bad that we did a straight swapover for another little one. I've passed your email on to another couple looking for a kitten so hopefully there's another home for one.

Hi Chrishep , I think it's a brilliant idea to open up a campsite where you are, there are a lot of us around this area that really appreciate just getting out of the city for a night or two.We have a campervan but also go camping. You wouldn't need much really, running water and clean toilet/washing facilities, top plan! ( Oh and electric hook up I guess if it's a caravan park too ! )
