I've just had a letter from NRAM the new company that replaces Northern Rock as my Morgate holder. and it's got me wondering, have Northern rock/NRAM broken their contract with me by changing and by doing this enabled me to get out of the last year and a half of my lock in period?

Your right the government isn't my/our employer, the government works for us all. But they seem to have forgotten this fact and just like to take as much of our money as they can and chuck it down the drain (and I mean all of them, Labour, Tories, Lib Dem's or whoever). Labour spend too much on everything Tories give it all to the rich and the Lib Dem's would give it all to the EU if they had the chance.

One person's opinion isn't the whole worlds. It's a listed building, it's not a case of Delisting it, it's listed full stop. I used to visit someone who lived on Park Hill quite regular near to and up until the time they moved everyone out and the places are big and could be made biger and so much better. only 57ish of the 300+ properties planned are going to be rented so all the 250+ properties that are private owned will have owners who want to take pride in where they live, not trash the place and treat it like a dump.

I thought the heating was provided as a by product of the Aviva incinerator and so was a lot cheaper than standard heating would be.

I don't know. Ask your local councilor to find out maybe? And even if only half are paying taxes that's still only 42p and still a bargain

if this is payed for by all 1.75million people who live in South Yorkshire then that's about 21p each a year, bargain I say!
