my cat has just been found in s2 and we live in s6 been missing for 6 weeks thank goodness for microchips

Could do with removing my vote just had a call from the cat shelter our cat has been missing for 6 weeks now and she has been found on the mannor and we live in s6! so happy cant wait to pick her up

Hi thanks for the positive comments its nice to see the manager knows about this thread if you are reading would it not be possible to introduce some sort of creche membership to generate money? I for one spend between £6- £10 a week on creche this would ensure the creche was busyier and I for one wouldn't mind making monthly payments

its not just about that very nice staff there are going to lose their jobs I work in childcare myself and there are no jobs out there at the moment and our children are settled there and enjoy going so will also be upsetting for them

From what I have heard please correct me if any staff members are on here but they got a huge fuel bill at the end of last year so they are making as many cut backs as possible to save money they were even comtemplating removing the fitness classes and staff were unsure as to whether they would still have jobs. But I agree the £4.50 is pretty cheap but I think to make money they could expand and make the creche more profitable

Just heard today that from 11.02.11 the creche will be no more not sure that I can do much but I have draughted an email together to campaign to keep this service open. If you use this service then I would be really greatfull if you could post your comments below and try to presuade them otherwise. The creche has been a part of the leisure center for 20 years and people's livlihoods are at risk as the staff have been told they are to become redundant my child for 1 and my eldest child loved and loves going here and it would be such a shame to lose such a great service, thankyou Hannah

Dont close the creche or my membership will be a waste of money as wont beable to attend yet i am tied in to another 12 month contract

my cat went missing christmas eve not coping well at all my baby daughter keeps going from room to room looking for her its heartbreaking

tinkerbell- last seen christmas eve lives near the wednesday ground s6 have a feeling that someone has taken her as she usually wails at the door to be let back in but she just dissapeared in the space of 30 minutes please let me know on here if any one has any information would be greatly appreciated. She is very friendly has beautiful markings and a white patch under her chin and has been microchipped thankyou

Im sure I will would just like to add it was a parent who moved my things I put my baby's change bag on a chair and my coat and a parent came along and put them on the floor! and as for Wendy she hasn't ever spoken to me! So my advice to anyone out there is to avoid this group!
