Hi Anyone who is a beginner want to start jogging with me? I used to jog however, it has been a long time so I feel like a beginner again. This may start with some jogging/walking and building up gradually. I live in the Abbeydale/Nether Edge Area. I don't mind meeting you as I drive. I do train at a gym too but want to get outdoors again. I am also starting to train for an event next year but think it is more fun to start with someone. If you're interested, please PM me.

Do you have to be able to lift your own body weight? If this is so, I have not got a chance! I can just about do a plank before I fall flat on my face but I am normally quite fit although overweight. I am interested but cannot pull my body weight up using a bar (chin ups) and do not want to go to a class that makes me feel stupid. This does sound good though!
