The A1 runs and stops at the Manufacturing Park.It departs at 5 to and 25 past the hour from C3 in the bus station at Ponds street. Single fare is about 2.10 Hope that helps.

The A1 does still run. Two buses an hour from platform c3 of the bus station at around 5 to the hour and 25 mins past.Single tickets are 2.10 weekly tickets are between 13 and 15 quid. Where u travelling from? I work up at the business park - there are still plenty of companies up there.

Pretty sure Asda and Tesco do them? Hope u find one :-)

I have been a couple of times during the day with a few colleagues (we are based at the business park) and I have to say I have always been impressed. Food is lovely and the staff are friendly and warm. I personally recommend their fish finger sarnie - amazing! I haven't been in an evening but have heard good things.

I would recommend you at least try it - it will be worth it in my opinion!

I just wondered if anyone else has had their car damaged on Norton Lees Road? I parked last night (near the junction to Derbyshire Lane) at around 21:30 and when I arrived at my car this morning (approx 8 am) I found that some one had taken a nice chunck from the passengers wing and left me with my bumper hanging off?! I am not going to make a claim on the insurance - just isn't worth it but am just so frustrated. I just wondered if any one had seen or heard anything last night, or has had the same experience? I shall avoid parking the car there now!

Hi, we have previously used the function room at the Cross Scythes on Derbyshire Lane/ Scarsdale Road. They let you do your own buffet and also have out door seating and a small play area (if it's warm enough of course!). Reasonably priced too.
