  1. Yes the D3300 is better than the D3200 in a lot of ways and there is a offer of cash back from Nikon running at the mo.
  2. D3200 its great for the money and one of the best entry level DSLR's, the 100D is good light weight camera but the image quality is better on the Nikon. stay away from the 1200D very old sensor in it with not very good low light performance
  3. the waltax might be worth £30-50 depending on model Kershaw might be worth £20-25 depending on condition
  4. hi Jane. if you pm me the models i'll look in to it for you. i do collect the od older film cameras (SLR'S) so depending on the camera i might be interested
  5. people will move away for you but you do need to be quick people do get bored and fed up of waiting. make sure you are full covered on your insurance for shooting in public places.
  6. 265 is the best out of the 3 you have put up. it has a cmos sensor which will work better at low light.
  7. if you play with the image in crop and move the horizon up or down you will see what i mean. its not that it's displeasing but you will see what i mean. in photography the is some thing called the rule of 3rds
  8. the horizon it in the middle of the shot which is not pleasing on the eye. a crop with the horizon line at 1/3 or 2/3 will give it a better look.
  9. there is a Nikon camera rep works in jessops meadowhall on a Saturdays pop in and see him.
  10. most camera's come in different kits. body only body plus kit lens ( normally the 18-55mm) body twin lens kits.( normally 18-55mm and a telephoto lens) the 50mm F1.8 lens are better lenses than the standed kit lens, but you can still get good images from a kit lens.
  11. just above your ££ but have a look at the P530 grea camera
  12. have a look at hiring a lens if its just a one off.. the Nikon 60mm macro is spot on. all so some of the sigma macro lens are very good
  13. have a look at bradfield waterworks. all disused but a good place for photos like this. took a few bike up there.
