next week im running the bupa sheffield 10k and i have not done one bit of training apart from monday were i tested my fitnes by running 4 miles with 2 separate 2 minuet walks during the run which was not so hard. but now i can hardly move my legs and feel like iv been in ten rounds with mike tyson. any runners out there who can tell me how hard this is going to be. im going to complete it if it kills me as its for a very good couse and i have raised lots of money for my selected charity. before you say it i no i should of trained.

go to dicathlon in town they have some great pop up tents. i got a 2 man pop up for 30 quid last year there they are all the same make. its done 3 festivals and took some hammer. just get them to show you how to get them down. its easy when you know how. it was called the queshua 2 man pop up tent.

funny i should view that vidio. always a bad flight with thomsonsfly it always seems like the pilot finds the most rough and turbulant route possible. i pay extra now to avoid them and use another company. they are shocking. and the planes always stink of vomit.
