I'm in Wadsley Bridge too. Thought it was a clap of thunder till I realised it wasn't raining.

I'm a wimp and don't like the dentist one bit but don't find the needles too bad. A good tip is to open your mouth as wide as you can - my dentist told me that and definitely find I feel it less.

Johnstone's Paint Trophy final.

We're recruiting new members for my football team. I play with a group of women (most of us aged 20/30-something) every Thursday evening at Springs Leisure Centre, just outside Sheffield City Centre. It's social five-a-side, very relaxed and non-competitive - we just play for fun and fitness.
