  1. Some fun dancing?? http://www.salsabeatltd.com/services.htm
  2. I'd also recommend the farm shop in Walkley "Beeches of Walkley" - they describe themselves as an 'innercity farm shop' and I've bought some tasty things from there before. If your looking for local produce but don't want to travel out to the Peaks, have a look and see if they have what you are after! http://goo.gl/maps/ctKRX
  3. Salsa is a close as you'll get to dirty dancing style, and Salsa Beat in Sheffield have fantastic classes and regular socials - highly recommended! Brilliant, tailored teaching, and apart from a brief warm up to start, everything is danced with a partner. Salsa is super fun, great exercise and looks impressive when you get the hang of it! Wednesday classes are at Bar27 in town - try them out! http://www.salsabeatltd.com/
  4. There is also one on Headford Street, opposite Pinders (the location on the map in the link is incorrect). It has blacked out windows and no outside space. http://www.shishaspot.com/sahra-sheffield/
  5. 43,000 mail items is an incrediable amount to stash, wow!
  6. Get in touch with Zest - they'll be able to give you good information http://www.zestcommunity.co.uk/
  7. No trouble. from memory there are a couple of stables (one quite large) away from the main stable block, in their own courtyard with no other animals - maybe an option if there's no where else.
  8. have you tried Lea Bank Stables? search it on google. it's off the B6077 in Loxley. Mr R Burley Tel: 0114 234 8617 Mob: 07867 985851
  9. I have some spare, you're welcome to have them. I don't mind bringing them over, but you'll have to let me know someplace to hand them over. Send me a message if you want them
  10. Maybe they tranquilised it? If it'd been run over I don't think it would have ended up in the position/condition it was in... looked like it had just lain down for a sleep at the side of the road, poor thing! Sad to see on the way to work.
  11. I normally push the road side mirror in, but have taken to doing the same pavement side now too. I think sometimes drunken people, or people in large groups, or kids, or people carrying big bags walking on the pavement can get too close to the car and break the pavement side mirror, especially if it's a busy street. When I lived on a busier road than the one I'm on now, I used to find my mirror pulled back out again by morning - goodness knows why.
  12. I'd try Emmaus - they have a lot of really decent furniture priced very reasonably, and can do delivery too I think. Their address is Emmaus Sheffield, Blast Lane/Cadman Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S4 7ZG; emmaus.org.uk/sheffield Last time went in they were really friendly and helpful, and I was amazed at the good quality furniture they had and how cheap it was, especially the sofas! I also like Emmaus because it's such a worth while charity that actually works. :-)
  13. Joe Simpson the climber (wrote the book Touching the Void, film made in 2003)
