Thank you both. I have no faith whatsoever in SCC doing the right thing, not Amey tbh, but am needing to lodge a record of the problem. Though if you look at the stretch of road it's on, you could pick almost any square foot of it abd find a problem!!!

I stepped onto a lumpy bit of tarmac which resulted in a sprained ankle. I hadn't realised how long this type of injury takes to heal and as I have incurred some expense in physiotherapy treatment I want to inform the council of what has happened. I don't know who to contact at the council to complain about it (and have very little confidence in the process). Does anyone have any advice for me?

I'm looking for a nice tasting white wine with an alcohol content of 11.5 percent or under. I'd like it to still taste like wine though, which the 5.5 percent stuff tends not too... does anyone have any recommendations?

I've been using a PDF converter to save my drawings so that I can send them to be printed (usually much bigger than A4). Since the unsolicited Windows 10 upgrade I can't work out how to do this and my PDF creator option isn't there. The Microsoft PDF option doesn't allow for big sizes. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

I'm needing to buy some good quality plastic storage boxes. They need to withstand fairly heavy loads and being lifted in and out of a car several times a week- without breaking and cracking within a few weeks. I know I need to spend more than a couple of quid - but am not sure where to get such an item locally. The ones I've bought from Poundstretcher and Dunelm aren't sturdy enough. Any ideas?

I have a tiny lawn which I have tried to tend for many years and have indeed replaced the grass several times, but have decided I've had enough of it. There seems to be a movement towards grass free lawns, using lots of different species and work has been done at the University of Reading. They look lovely and are much better ecologically- I can't be the only person in Sheffield interested in this?
