Yeah when I booked my wedding the bloke told me that the notice of marriage must be displayed for 15 days so people can object. Its up in the Town Hall. This is the case wherever you marry.

Stabbing someone for that reason is disgusting! I think we should know the race of the attackers as it helps to identify them. Unfortunately there is an increasing amount of stabbings and other attacks happening around the city and country involving gangs of all races. Some people belieive that young people are joining gangs and attacking others out of poor life choices due to upbringing, unemployment etc while others believe this to be an excuse. We all have differnet opinions on such an emotive issue and we are all allowed to express them. Let us not forgot the victims and their families too. Hope justice is served.

Looked on wedding sites and they are so expensive but I do not want the hassle of doing myself. I helped do this for my mom's wedding and it was very lengthy the night before and it stressed her out. The company we were going to use are not as good as we first thought so need to find another that will provide a few meats with potaoes/salad etc. I'm getting married in sheffield and having the evening reception in hillsborough. thank you.

i'm getting married on a saturday next May and the latest time they do is 1130am because I asked for the latest one. It is because they do all the hotel weddings saturday afternoon. I kinow it's later on a week day. My friend got married at 3:30pm on a Thur.

I'm on a tight budget too so I'm getting married at the Town Hall which is under £110 then having my reception at the Jubilee Sports and Social Club off Halifax Road. They charge £160 for room hire including DJ but you can hire your own. They also do a buffet but again will allow you to provide your own food in part or full. It's a lovely little club with grass for the kids. Only fits upto 100 people though.Hope this helps, just a suggestion. Good luck!.
