I had a conservatory built in 2005 that came with a 10 year guarantee but I have been ringing him since August to replace 2 windows as the seals have gone and he still hasn't been.... Usual excuses like van broke down, glass not ready, service man hurt his ankle etc you get the picture! Please help this is really stressing me out! Thanks in advance

I had the same problem with my y reg Peugeot but got fed up with taking it to garages all time so I left mine and eventually it stopped Coming on! The final straw was when the garage told me I'd need a new computer so I just though well if it breaks down then do be it and It never did!
