In darker times the alledged abuser would have had a "visit" by some rather hefty people that knew what was going on but could not prove it. Hence the saying "The truth hurts". How can anyone make judgement on this situation when there is no evidence to corroborate the claim of sexual abuse ?? I smell a rat..
