i wouldent gaurantee any job done just out of building sand we may add 1 bucket of it in a 5 to 1 mix but that is the limit building sand would be 2 over plasticised after ading your chemicals and will!! eventualy fail Hard cores on clay weels lane does the best wash sand use that i swear by it.
