We got it sorted now. We've used RB Flooring and Joinery to fit our laminated flooring - excellent work, great prices - higly recommended service. You can contact Richard on 07841203221. We got the thick carpet for our bedroom from Factory Shop Shaw Carpets in Barnsley - again great prices and fitting service included in price.

As I mentioned earlier I've used Alliance Van Hire - I got 2006 Ford Transit (Long Wheel Base) for 24 hours. No problems with the car or service whatsoever. The only downside was a £15 charge for late return of the vehicle (24 hours + 23mins) as I was stuck in the traffic. Overall great experience, would use them again if needs be.

I am thinking of moving from Sheffield (Waterthorpe) to Bolsover. I had a drive to Bolsover recently, it seemed to be a nice little town. The only thing that puts me off is the smell from the local sewage plant. Does anyone know if it's a nice place to live?
