  2. I never said, nor implied things just fall into place and I know it is nothing like what they do/ show on TV. It wasnt exactly a bit of damage, they put the back window through on the car, key'ed down one side and the back, cut the fuel pipe and also let the tyres down on all the cars on the drive.. At the end of the day, yes no one was injured and its was only "a bit" of damage but that damaged cost me because someone else can not respect other peoples property. Yes it costs for the police to get forensics involved but they shouldnt wave off incidents like this because they can not be bothered or it costs to much a crime is a crime... It isnt fair on the hard working people to have these things and others to then destroy them and we have to pick up the costs.. The police should do as much as they can to find the culprits and then should recharge then for the costs. Simple as. Yes I know this is going to be one of those arguements "the police cant catch everyone... blah blah blah"... but at the end of the day, every minor incident like this, or car bumping etc should be given the time of day to at least try and find some evidence which could find the person/ people responsible.
  3. unfortunately Ryder is right, the Police arent interested unless someone is injured... I had my old car broken into and vandalised, all they did was come out take a look and went "there is nothing we can do there is no evidence" either though when the car was vandalised the person who decided to throw the massive concrete brick through the windows left it there... So there is some evidence. When the car was broken into they went in via the boot, lifted the back seats down etc and climbed across the seats, as well as bent the window out... So there is more evidence in which they could have done fingerprint dusting on but refused too because they couldnt be be bothered basically.. If someone was injured they would have took it further, they even admitted that themselves.

  5. I like how you said anymore However I do agree with your statement. We (adults) are expected to drink responsibly and show children right from wrong. Like you say we wouldn't go and sit in a children's playground or a park and have a few cans etc so why should children be allowed to go into a pub. Now, if it is a family pub (one's that sell food etc, have a outdoor play area) I don't mind children being in as long as they aren't running around like idiots and out of control when indoors - This is when it starts to annoy, it clearly shows parents having lack of control over their kid(s).
  6. I had a Pizza from there about a month & 1/2 ago, was a decent pizza, expensive though (if i remember rightly, but i was drunk at the time)
  7. Im glad Spurs are getting some TV air time... Fed up of seeing, Man Utd, Chelsea etc getting it all the time. Spurs havent had that many leagues games on Sky this season, which SKY would have control over who is televised. Yes Europa League is ITV. Id hardly say Bale is carrying them, yes he is on fire and on his best form, but every season now he has been getting better and better. Yes he is scoring all there goals, but they don't have anyone else to score them with Defoe out injured and Addi.... well, lets not getting started on him. Hes scoring goals, because he isnt afraid to try a shot and is also cutting in to the centre as well as playing out wide.
  8. Or you could just simply go to "Recycle Bin" and then restore the file..... All Windows platforms have a recycle bin. Any deleted documents will end up in there and stay there until you empty it.
  9. Happened last night at about 10/10:30 on the path at the side of waterthorpe School. They were walking back from Crystal Peaks.
  10. Hi All, This is just a message to let everyone know that armed muggings are happening in the Waterthorpe area! So please be careful when out. My Brother and his friend were mugged last night, they had a screwdriver too his stomach, took his keys, wallet, phone and Ipod. Lucky his phone and SIM have been blocked and are now worthless, house locks have had to be changed though as his driving license is in his wallet... Police are aware of the muggings but don't seem to be doing anything, as this isn't the first once recently.. Sounds like a quick money making scheme by them (the muggers).. I reckon then have prob thrown the wallet just took the money in it and they will sell the Ipod and phones on. Thanks Ant
  11. Epic fail.... shows the last time I went into town ..
  12. Number 1 (town centre) or Flamin' Dragon (Centretainment)
  13. I did, and they did naff all as usual!! I even provided the Police with the S/N#'s so they could investigate it.. but did they heck! They arent bothered unless its one of their own.
