We're currently getting damp/mould in one ceiling corner in our master bedroom which is the connecting wall to our neighbours. We've been told by the tenants next door they have bad mould in the bedroom where we are getting mould in the corner of our ceiling. Apparently the landlord had some work done when he first bought the house, and the led was removed from behind his guttering. We need to know if this is what is causing the damp in our room so obviously can try to make the landlord sort it, but if not what we can do. Can someone tell me who I can contact who can give me a definite answer where the damp is coming in. Thanks

I've had my arai KTM helmet stolen from my house in S14. If anyone is offered this for sale please let me know. It's a size large, bright orange with a dark visor on it. Presume it's an opportunist thief and they've taken the first thing they've seen whilst I've had my back turned. The helmet was a gift and I'm devastated.

Mon-fri AM 47 queues all the way along Gleadless valley, past newfield green shops. Then queues down Richards Rd/prospect road all the way to queens road, starts way back up past the school Then queues along shore ham street, from before the mini round about at the SUFC ground. Takes an hour to get from 47 terminus to town in a morning!

Called them after having the skip 2 days for it collecting was still sat there 6 was later then wouldn't answer calls so I left a voice mail saying if it wasn't moved the following day I'll be contacting environmental health. Sorry it's taken a while to put this on.. Better late than never I found a set of keys at crystal peaks on bank holiday weekend.. There's only 2 keys on the key ring, plus the key ring! Alfa Romeo GT, only 5 years old! It's already had the same fault at 30k miles, only on 42k now. I even showed halfords the receipt from the previous repair at £900 and they were like oh we don't need to see it we will diagnose it. They've diagnosed nothing! So frustrated.

Ended up at halfords, for them to attempt to rip me off! Original fault VDC failure, something to do with break sensors. Said there's no fault, but I do need new glow plugs and module and all breaks pads and discs replacing at a cost of £600 to me because my warranty doesn't cover them bits. What a surprise!

Has anyone used a garage in Sheffield or surrounding areas, for repairs on their car using RAC Warranty? Ive called RAC and they've recommended Direct Cars, Eric Steade or Halfords Auto Centres. Anyone had any experiences with these, or can give me any other to use but must be VAT registered? Cheers

You keep your P60' that is your proof of earnings for the year. Your employer submits a P14 for every member of staff they have had in employment during the tax year. You do not get a copy of this, your copy of this is the P60. Your employer has up to the 31st May to submit the said P14 hence having to wait. You do not need to register to submit self assessments, this is in reality a tax return and is more for self employment. A UTR is a unique tax reference number, given when you register as self employed. You are not self employed, so do not need to register.
