Roll on the cooler weather I've flipping had enough of this 30c heat and humidity.

I get the feeling that the tarmac being used is the old Road surface that's been recycled??? Maybe that's why it doesn't last 6months before breaking up!

So has all Road surfacing stopped then ?

Well a few weeks later and the 02 signal in s9 is crap once again:loopy: My brother lives near to the white Rose pub and when I visit I struggle to get a signal.... According to the 02 my network app it says they are aware of a problem that affects signal but are waiting for a 3rd party supplier to fix the problem. Whatever that means???

It's not just Yorkshire water! Severn trent have decided to go around the Frecheville (s12) estate checking for leaking water mains now that all the road and footpath resurfacing has been completed:mad:

Can't we have a survey on pothole rage ? I'm sure sheffield could get ranked 1st in that survey lol!

Oh looks like the concrete roads won't get resurfaced then....

Most of the roads on the Frecheville estate are made of concrete and I'm just wondering how amey will go about re surfacing these roads? Will they be able to use the road planer machine on the concrete road to get a sufficient depth to allow a layer of tarmac to be put down? Has anywhere else in sheffield had concrete roads that have already been resurfaced?

for the past ten years ive been a loyal orange customer and never had a signal problem! since the merger with EE the signal has become more and more unreliable!!! I don't know about them being called Everything Everywhere if the signal keeps getting worse then a name change is due to NN = Nothing Nowhere lol.

The B&Q building will probably stay empty for years with nothing but a hand carwash in the car park outside lol
