Hi there! I have attended these sessions and would highly recomend it! The instructor is such a laugh and at the same time pushes you constantly to build up your fitness level. i have definetly seen an improved me in just a couple of weeks. Cant wait till next weeks session!

Hey folks! After many weeks of calling/emailing Ospa London, i finally got through to them. They asked me to email on [email protected] to ask for an update, i did this and someone got back to me straight away.
